SE-16-25 POWER CASING TONG

SE-16-25 power casing tong is a copy of WEATHERFORD WFT 16-25 tong. It ranges from 4 -16inch.Standard size is 5 1/2- 13 3/8”. It provides 25000ft-lb torque capacity for running and pulling casing.

SE45 is a copy of the original BJTM RS chain driven tubing tong. All internal parts are interchangeable with BJTM RS family of tubing tongs. This makes replacement parts available from several sources; thus keeping the cost of replacement parts competitively priced. As well, replacement parts are more readily available.Jaw and bushing assemblies are not only interchangeable with BJTM, but also with the Oil CountryTM 45000 tubing tong. MS backup tong interchangeable as well. Same as RSX carter tong.

We are able to provide full line spare parts interchangeable with original for RSX,45000 tongs!

SE58 Closed head Tubing Tong is with variable torque, hydraulic lift, Pressure oil bath lubrication, hardened internal gears, roller chain final drive and two-speed operation. Because they are closed head, the power tong stay on the pipe all the way up. You save time because you don’t have to remove and replace the tongs on the pipe after each joint is pulled. Every joint is gripped with a uniform, predetermined torque between 0.41～8.13kN.m (300～6000 ft. lbs), which is controlled by setting the pressure relief valve. It is interchangeable with foster tubing tong. We are able to provide same Jaw and bushing parts.

 SE25 Sucker Rod Tong is a new pattern multi-purpose sucker rod hydraulic power tong. Inner Ring Assy’s & Backup wrenches interchangeable w/BJ M series rod tong.

Feature:

1、Specially designed clamping mechanism to make up or break out fast and safely sucker rod or tubing of different sizes.

2、With the tong on the rod, adjust the leveling screw at the top of the hanger, so the tong hangs perfectly level while threading rods.

3、Advanced torque sensor system can actually display the right torque value when making up.

 TQ series of hydraulic casing tongs are widely used for making-up or breaking-out of casings or pipes. The series of casing tongs are wholly hydraulic driven. The tongs are configured with a large-torque motor and perform mechanical gearchange. Structure is simple and operation is safe. The casing tongs can be supplied with torque device to perform computer monitoring and managing on pressure, torque and rounds. The casing tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K standard.

DRILL PIPE POWER TONGS

ZQ drill pipe power tong is an ideal well head tool for oil drilling, widely applied for making-up and breaking-out in offshore and onshore drilling operations and workover operations. Open-throat design of the ZQ series allows the tongs to escape from drilling pipe freely with high mobility. The tong is a combination of spinning tong and torque tong. It substitutes cathead, manual tong and rotary rope in making-up and breaking-out. The tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K “Specification for Drilling Equipment”

The type of drill pipe power tong marked with II means the the power tong is supplied with DS suspension device. ZQ series of drill pipe power tong marked with III are developed types from ZQ203-100 power tong. The power tong can be fixed on the accommodation track for front and back walk. It can pass across the well head and go to the mouse hole for working. Master tong can move upward and downward. Walk and lift of the tong can be remote controlled and automatically handled. Especially suitable for the location with small wellbay surface.
