Brief Introduction

Oil Drilling Rig can be used in exploration and exploitation of oil and gas well.
All products conform to API Spec. 4F, 7K, 8A, and acquired the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.

Technical Performance

1.Electric-drive drilling rig: The drive mode of DC electric-drive drilling rig is AC-SCR-DC, while AC electric-drive drilling rig is AC-DC-AC; it is equipped with a complete diesel generator as the power source. Drawworks adopts hydraulic disc brake and the EATON auxiliary brake，etc. Drawworks, Mud Pump and Rotary Table can be driven by independent motors (Rotary table can be driven compound). K type mast, self-lifting or spin-lifting substructure, mast and substructure are raised integrally. The rig is controlled concentratively in Driller’s control cabin and achieves automatic bit feeding function. The auxiliary brake of AC-VFD drilling rig is dynamic brake.

2.Combined drive drilling rig: The rig’s drive mode is that the diesel engines provide power and integrated chain compound box transmits power. Drawworks adopts sealed chain transmission with hydraulic disc brake, etc. Drawworks and Mud Pump are driven uniformly. Rotary Table is driven by AC frequency converter and equipped with VFD system; K type mast; Substructure adopts box on box type or spin-lifting type; Mast and substructure are installed at ground level and raised integrally.
3.Mechnical drive drilling rig: The rig’s drive mode is that the diesel engines provide power and the belt compound device transmits power. Drawworks adopts sealed chain driving with band brake system. Drawworks, Rotary Table, Mud Pump are driven uniformly. A type or K type mast. Substructure adopts box on box type or spin-lifting type. Mast is installed at ground level and raised integrally.

Drawworks

Brief Introduction

Drawworks is the core part of Drilling Rig. it is used for operation of lifting or laying down mast, hoisting or descending drilling tools and casings.

Technical performances and structure features

All bearings are rolling bearings . The shafts are made of alloy steel.
The chains are pressure lubricated.
The drum is grooved. The low-speed & high-speed ends of the drum shaft are equipped with ventilating pneumatic tube clutch. The brake rim (or disc) is water cooled and the surface is medium-frequency induction hardened that provides excellent wear-resistance capacity and long service life.
The contours of the sprocket teeth are medium frequency induction hardened. All transmission clutches are of involute spline type.
The main brake is hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake or EATON brake.

Technical Performances and Structure Features of the Single-shaft Electric Drawwork

1.The drawwork is single-shaft with grooved drum structure, has less spare parts, small cubage, light weight compared with the products of the same kind.
2.The drum shaft is driven by the gear reducer which power originate from a DC or AC-VF motor,it can also be driven by compound operation of two motors. AC-VF motor make the drawworks has a wider timing scope, the speed can be regulate smoothly between 0-140Hz.
3.High transmission efficiency gear, small oscillation, low noise, long service life.

4.The main brake of the drawworks is hydraulic disc brake while the auxiliary brake is energy- consumption brake or EATON brake.
5.The drawworks is equipped with independent numerical-control AC-VF transmission device and automatic control system(ACS),it can feed bit automatically; Real-time monitoring and analysising of bit feeding and infixing, get the optimal drilling.

1.The casing is casting steel and steel plate welding structure, the basement is steel casting, it welded with steel plate after coarsely machining, and finish machining after integral annealing for stress elimination

Mud Circulation and Solid Control System consists of six (6) mud tanks, one (1) V-type tank, one (1) cooling water tank, two (2) water tanks and relevant solid control equipments,etc.Two mixing pumps can suck in mud from anyone tank or many tanks individually or simultaneously. The mud processed by two eddy flow hoppers was discharged to any tank. For the material such as polymer, clay that is difficult to decompose, hydrate and agitate, they can be mixed evenly and quickly by means of cutting pump and jet flow hoppers.
